CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in time: 2pm
Check out time: 10am
If you would like to extend your departure time, late check outs will be subject to availability. We also offer luggage storage at reception, and shower/ change facilities in the BBQ area by the tennis court.
Should you be checking out before 10am, please contact reception by the day prior to your departure to let us know and to settle any charges that may be on your room account.
ROOM KEYS
Please keep a key on you at all times. If you lose your room key, please contact reception to organise a replacement. After-hours lock-out assistance may incur a call out fee.

We are here to help you make the most of everything that our beautiful region has to offer. Please help yourself to brochures from reception, or follow this link to browse and book your excursions. For assistance, visit reception where we will be happy to make recommendations, help you to plan your itinerary, answer any questions you may have, and book tours on your behalf. We can also assist with booking transfers, and reconfirming any transfers and tours.
Please note that bookings transfers and tours through
Mandalay will be the same cost for you as booking directly with the supplier.
SUPERMARKETS & DELIVERIES
Coles Supermarket is located on Macrossan Street and is open from 7am – 9pm daily.
It is approximately a 15-minute walk from Mandalay and also has a carpark entrance located on Warner Street.
For any grocery or takeaway deliveries made online or via an app, our address is 1-5 Sand Street, Port Douglas.
HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is available on request for an extra
charge. We will do our best to accommodate any specific time preferences you may have.
For reservations booked without housekeeping, we have provided a starter supply of amenities in your apartment including tea, coffee, dishwashing sachets, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, etc. These will not be replenished during your stay unless you organise a housekeeping service (an additional charge will apply). Laundry powder is available for purchase at reception for $2 per sachet. Each sachet contains enough powder for 2 loads.
Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay service. Please contact reception if there is a specific day or time that would suit you best for this.
Upon departure from your apartment, we would appreciate
if you could load and start the dishwasher and remove any rubbish.
We have several rubbish bins in the car park, and another located in the driveway to the left of reception. Recycling can be put into the main bins to be sorted at the other end. Due to our tropical climate, we recommend disposing of food rubbish every day. Food left out on bench tops and tables will attract uninvited guests such as ants.
Apartments that are not left in a reasonable condition may incur an excess cleaning charge.
SMOKING POLICY
As we value fresh air and a healthy environment for all of our
guests, we are a non-smoking property. All of our apartments,
balconies, and communal areas are strictly smoke-free.
