Air Conditioning
We recommend setting your air conditioner to no lower than 24 degrees. To ensure optimal efficiency, please ensure all doors and windows are closed during operation. If you have any trouble operating your air conditioner, our friendly reception team is just a phone call away.
Laundry
Make yourself at home with our in-apartment
laundry facilities:
Washing Machines: All of our apartments are equipped with washing machines for your convenience.
Drying: All apartments are equipped with a dryer as well as a clothes airer. The Body Corporate respectfully requests that no towels or clothes be hung over the balcony.
Laundry liquid/ powder: You will find a starter supply of laundry liquid in your apartment.
Laundry powder is also available to purchase from reception for $2 per sachet. Each sachet is enough for 2 loads.
Coffee Pods
Enjoy a lovely cup of coffee to start your day! We have provided some complimentary coffee pods that are compatible with the machine in your apartment. Please note that only specific pods will fit the coffee machine, and we are happy to assist in ensuring you purchase the correct ones. Extra pods can also be purchased from reception for $1 each.
